Meet the Avocado Brothers!
Three unique wood slices that were sitting next to each other in one tree branch!! They aren′t special only for this reason, but for their natural form that looks like an avocado. Some other people would dispose of these slices, but not this artist! I noticed their shape right after cutting and I envisioned this original outcome. This is the best it could get, a collaboration between two artists: me and Mother Nature!
Size aprox 5cm-8cm long. They will be sold together and not individually.
The wood is picked straight from the woods by my husband and me! We collected the remainings of the trees from the ground, we selected the perfect branches for future projects and we were ready for our next step: drying and cutting!
When the perfect condition was achieved, I was able to start the process of creating this beautiful ornaments!!! The image is painted with acrylics on a primed surface, each one is original and painted individually. The resin is mixed with glitter for a sparckling finish. A proper hanging system and there you have it, your new favourite Christmas decor!
Keep in mind the variety of sizes and shapes as this is natural wood. . Everything is cut and realised by hand, making each piece like no other!
