TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
Each time you use or access this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms Of Use. If you are using a particular service on or through this website, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services. please see and read carefully the Privacy Policy section.





2. From ''Cart'' to Shipping & Delivery

2.a) Processing your order and packing
From the moment you hit the ''Complete Order'' button, next step will be for me to process and pack your order. The processing time will take from 1-7 days and you will be notified via email if this period extends. Every order will be packed with love and care for a safe travel. I try to recycle as much as possible so, most of the packaging will be reused. No worries, everything will be really well packed using cardboard and bubble wrap, at the same time trying to help&protect the environment.

2.b) Shipping & Delivery
Once the package/parcel is ready to go, you will receive an email confirming the shipping of your order. As I am based in Ireland, I will use AnPost as principal shipping method. Other methods will be considered based on the destination country.

If you need something urgently, please feel free to send me an email.
Please take note that once the parcel is out, it is in the hands of the courier and it depends on him/they when your purchased item/s arrive/s. I always hope for as soon as possible but this will not be under my control.

Shipping to Ireland   1-3 working days
Shipping to EU near Ireland   3-5 working days
Shipping to the rest of EU   6-9 working days
Shipping to the rest of the world    7-10 working days (extends to 14 working days)
TAKE NOTE that in very busy periods such as Christmas or other holidays it could take longer than expected to arrive. PLEASE place your order earlier to make sure it will arrice on time. Contact me via e-mail at any moment if you have more questions.

2.c) Risks & Shipping outside EU
Sending packages overseas has a risk and there are chances for your order to be kept for customs up to 6 weeks. Unfortunately, any parcel leaving the EU is subject to import duties that are applied by local government. The normal process is that the courier will contact the receiver for duties and taxes as usually it is the receiver who pays these. Import duties are law and we can't avoid them, if the parcel is stopped and dutties are applied, they must be paid. It is standard process for receiver to pay duties.
Not every parcel gets stopped and for e.g. it is possible to send the same parcel at a later date with no duties applied so, it is just bad luck. If this happens you will take full responsibility to pay any fees or taxes as is the standard process. The courier will let you know at the delivery address, so be prepared for these rare inconveniences.

3. Return & Refunds

At this point, you should have your order in front of your eyes.
3.a) If it looks damaged, please take clear photos as a proof before you open the parcel. After you open the packaging and the product/s is/are damaged, please contact me in the first 24 hours to discuss and solve this unpleasant situation. This is not your fault but I require to be contacted in the first 24 hours and proof of damage (package and item).
3.b) If the packaging is damaged but your items are intact, ignore the stated facts at 3.a). 

I will accept returns only in exceptional circumstances.
Anyways, you have the right to change your mind and I will respect that. Though, you have to raise some serious points as I am honest, I aim for the best lighting for my paintings and I describe them with accuracy. Only discussing we could meet halfway or you change back your mind.
If a return is our agreement, I will accept it ONLY on these conditions from bellow:
a) you have to contact me regarding this situation in the first 10 working days 
b) I will ask you a few questions to find out about your returning reasons; this could help me in the future to improve myself, learn to avoid similar circumstances, to grow both as an artist and business owner
c) I will accept the return ONLY if you will pay for the return shipping costs
d) the order has to be as well packed as I sent it to you
e) before shipping the unwanted item/s, take photos of the package in different angles, at all sides and especially corners (this will help us to have proof if the parcel is damaged during transportation)

Once the order has been well packed, you payed the postage fees and it arrived in safety to my studio, I will do a close examination. If the artwork is intact, I will send a full refund (only for the items I received back, and not for the postage cost). No amount can be refunded until the parcel has been returned in undamaged condition.
Keep in mind that the Return will happen ONLY if I will find your reason as being acceptable and plausible, and the Return Process will start ONLY if I will agree with your reason. Your proposal can be rejected at any time.

Make sure you will think it through and make a thoughtful purchase. In the same time, you have to note that anything you order online has a risk. The colors may differ from device to device, the light could change the appearance and some details may not be seen in photos. that WR ImperfectArt is not a company, is just an artist acting as a sole trader with no employee. This means I do everything by myself and anything can take longer than expected. I try to do what I love at my own pace in order to deliver to you the best results.
