MY PERSONAL STORY
Welcome to my Online Art Gallery! My name is Anamaria Roxana Witovschi, born and grew up in Romania, based in Ireland for a few years. Talented since I was a child, I always had a 6th sense when it comes for art and beauty. My wish was to go to art school, but my destiny had another path for me. I grew up, finished college, got a job, normal life. Something was off. I never was happy with my jobs and my career, nothing felt right.
I left Romania and moved to Ireland, where my husband bought a house. We moved in and he started to talk about how much he would love to have a huge painting in our living room, above the fireplace. *I should start painting again*, I thought, but I said nothing. So we were looking for a special painting for our living room and we found nothing that we like. So, I told him I was good at painting and I could do it but I had to practice first. We bought some cheap art supplies and I started to paint. Then, I remembered how much I enjoyed it in the past and it just felt right. In that moment I knew, this is my path and I never stoped. 
Funny thing, in all these years, I never made the perfect painting for our living room. But I filled all the walls in our house! I decided to start selling them, to make room for other paintings and to share my creativity with the world!

MEET THE ARTIST
I am a self-taught acrylic artist with years of experience and practice. I do mostly impressionistic and abstract paintings. Realism isnt my thing. I did a few realistic paintings and I got really frustrated, because I love to change the reality in a composition. I love using the colors that I feel and I like, my desire is to express myself as I wish, by using other colors that I should use, other tools that I should use and make my own rules. At the end of the day, is my art so they should look how I want, not how they should look.
Realism is steeling me away the excitement and that thought *I dont know how this painting will look at the end*, I dont want to know! I want to love and hate the process of every artwork, I want that journey to the unknown.

THINGS ABOUT MY STORE (ONLINE GALLERY)
I experiment and I grow with every painting. In this store you will find mostly original paintings, palette knife paintings, abstract pieces, textured art, large and mini paintings and it depends on my mood.
But the main inspiration for my art is Mother Nature and I have my intuition as a guide. So, almost all my work will be landscapes, flower paintings, images from my head, each piece one of a kind. Each item will come with its own COA (Certificate of Authenticity) to ensure you that the painting is made by my hand and it has value.
I am planing to bring in the future to my store diversity, all kind of different ornaments made by myself and prints of my original work. So, stay tuned and I would be very grateful if you could support me in any way!
